WHAT IS THE IDEATION AND DESIGN PROCESS AT SPAN DESIGN STUDIO?

Our design process revolves around you ...
It starts with us understanding your requirements, budget and expectations. Thereafter a team of designers are assigned to brain-storm and ideate. This concept is then presented to you and based on your feedback & inputs, this concept evolves through multiple iterations.

CAN SPAN DESIGN STUDIO HELP US WITH FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS, ETC SHOPPING AS WELL?

Yes. Our designers will assist you to shop furnishings, furniture items, etc. On a small charge, they can also visit stores with you to help in selection. For some items, we can also arrange specific vendors to showcase their catalogues and samples in our Design Centre for you to select in comfort.

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH DESIGNER GETS ASSIGNED TO MY PROJECT?

Our designers are experienced and trained to handle all project related matters. We shall try our utmost to accommodate any specific requests you may have, but it may not be possible some times.

HOW DOES SPAN DESIGN STUDIO BILL FOR THE WORKS DONE?

Our final billing is based on the actual work done. We take measurements of all works done and this is reflected in the detailed item-wise bill which will be presented to you.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY GIVEN BY SPAN DESIGN STUDIO ON WORKS CARRIED OUT BY IT ?

All works carried out by us is warrantied for specific periods, which is mentioned in our T&C document shared with every client. Product warranties are back-to-back from the manufacturer of those items. For more details, please refer to the T&C.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOLLOWED BY SPAN DESIGN STUDIO FOR BILLING ?

Yes. All our measurement methodologies are defined and follow standard industry practices. Our designers will be happy to explain in more detail, if you wish to know the specifics.

CAN I INFLUENCE SELECTION OF COLOURS, TEXTURES AND MATERIALS FOR MY SITE ?

You will have the final say in all selections. We understand it is your space and you need to feel comfortable and satisfied. Our designers are there to support, guide and make suggestions to you. YOU are the final decision maker.

HOW CAN I BE SURE OF TIMELY COMPLETION OF MY SITE ?
